The softball team cruised to a conference sweep over Brooklyn College, 17-0 and 10-2, on Tuesday afternoon in Brooklyn, NY. The Bloodhounds improve to 10-12 on the year and 4-2 in the CUNY Athletic Conference. The Bulldrops drop to 2-16.

Jessica Barbaria went 3-for-5 with a game-high two doubles, season-high four RBI's, and a pair of runs. Junior
Marissa Artz tallied a season-high four RBI's and two runs.

In game two, Barbaria was a perfect 4-for-4 with a game-high three RBI's, two runs, and two stolen bases. Sophomore
Tommi Mandell finished 2-for-4 with a game-high three runs and a pair of stolen bases. Guzman notched two RBI's and two runs scored.
Rivera registered her fifth win of the season after throwing five innings and allowing two runs while striking out a season-high eight batters.
The Bloodhounds travel to St. Joseph's College Brooklyn on Thursday, April 18, for a non-conference doubleheader at 3:30 pm.
