The softball team lost to St. Joseph's College Brooklyn, 8-0 and 9-2, on Thursday afternoon in Brooklyn, NY. The Bloodhounds drop to 10-14 on the season. The Bears improve to 12-17 overall.

AnneMarie Rivera notched RBI singles in the top of the first. In the top of the fourth, Barbaria doubled down the left field line to pick up her 100th collegiate hit. The outfielder then added another hit, her 101st as a Bloodhound.
Rivera finished 3-for-4 with a double. Freshman
Julianne Graepel threw two scoreless innings in relief.
The Bloodhounds resume conference play when they host Lehman College on Saturday, April 20, at 11:00 am at Randall's Island Field 16.
