The women's basketball team fell to Brooklyn College, 84-60, on Wednesday evening in Brooklyn, NY. The Bloodhounds drop to 8-9 overall and 5-2 in the CUNY Athletic Conference. The Bulldogs remain at the top of the standings at 11-5 and 6-0 in the conference.

Nyasha Howard led John Jay with her sixth double-double of the year with a team-high 20 points, a game-high 13 rebounds, a team-high six assists, and a pair of steals. Sophomore

John Jay finished 16-for-63 (25.4%) from the field, 3-for-11 (27.3%) from behind the arc, and 25-for-36 (69.4%) from the free-throw line.
