FLUSHING, NY - In the sixth week of the CUNY Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) weekly awards, Katie Healy garnered the CUNYAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week award for the week of December 13 - December 19. Additionally, Ayanna Edwards was named the Rookie of the Week. 

This is the second week Healy has won this award. The junior had an impressive game in a home victory over Rutgers-Newark. The Merrick, NY native notched a season-high and game-high 24 points, season-high and game-high 19 rebounds, five steals, and four assists. 

This is also the second week Edwards was selected as the top rookie. The Huntington, NY native was the catalyst for the Bloodhounds' offense. She tallied 15 points and three assists against the Scarlet Raiders.
