Box Score UNION, NJ -- The men's volleyball team dropped a non-conference contest, 3-0 (25-17, 25-19, 25-15), to Kean University on Thursday night in Union, NJ. The Bloodhounds drop to 0-3 on the season, while the Cougars improve to 3-0 on the year.
Freshmen
Logan Ramos and
Akashdeep Singh each had a team-high five kills in the match for John Jay. Sophomore
Jack Nugent and freshman
Stephen De Stefani each had four kills. Sophomore
Bryce Glasper led the Bloodhounds with three digs while sophomore
Manuel Peralta had a team-high 18 assists.
John Jay will host another Tri-Match at the Doghouse on Saturday, February 12. The Bloodhounds will take on Elizabethtown College at 11 a.m. and then York College (in a non-conference match) at 3 p.m.
