FLEMINGTON, NY -- The baseball team lost, 16-3, to Mount Saint Vincent on Wednesday night at Diamond Nation. John Jay falls to 0-11 on the season, while the Dolphins improve to 6-5 on the year.
The Bloodhounds stumbled out of the gate and trailed by a wide margin after the first inning. John Jay did rally for three runs in th seventh inning thanks to two Dolphins errors, but it wasn't enough to come back and earn the win.

Ethan Simaan had a nice night for the Bloodhounds, reaching base twice and scoring a run. Freshman
Ivan Massari walked twice and scored a run. Freshman
Thomas Salerno had a walk, stolen base, and run scored.
John Jay will seek its first win of the season tomorrow when they take on Centenary University at Our Diamond of Dreams. First pitch is set for 3:30 pm.
