Box Score NEW YORK, NY -- The men's volleyball team traveled to take on Hunter College on Thursday evening, but was swept by the Hawks (25-13, 25-17, 25-19). John Jay drops to 6-8 (4-3 CUNYAC) on the year, while Hunter improves to 6-6 (5-1 CUNYAC) on the season.
Freshman
Stephen Daly matches his career-high with six kills in the match. Sophomore
Manuel Peralta added four kills, four digs, eight assists and two total blocks. Sophomore
Alex Bridgelall notched three service aces and eight assists. Freshman
Kyle Barriffe-Johnson had three total blocks.
The Bloodhounds will return to the court on Saturday, March 19 against Lehman College at the Doghouse. First serve is set for noon.
