Baseball Loses Both Ends of Doubleheader to Marywood

SCRANTON, PA -- The baseball team dropped two games to Marywood University on Sunday evening. The Bloodhounds dropped game one, 8-1, and then lost game two 12-1. John Jay falls to 0-14 on the season while Marywood improves to 8-3. 

Freshman Juan Maldonado had two hits on the day. Senior Christopher Nunez had a hit and an RBI. Freshman Ivan Massari had a hit and run scored. 

John Jay will seek its first win of the season when they return to the field to take on Centenary on Tuesday, March 22 at 4 p.m.
