HACKETTSTOWN, NJ -- The baseball team lost a non-conference contest to Centenary University, 13-7, on Tuesday afternoon. John Jay falls to 9-16 on the season, while Centenary improves to 6-8 on the year.

Joseph Salerno had a massive game, going 2-3 with two RBIs, a walk, and a run scored. Freshman
Ethan Simaan plated the first run of the game with an RBI triple, going 2-5 on the day with two RBIs and a run scored. Senior
Christopher Nunez went 2-5 with an RBI and run scored.
John Jay will seek its first win of the season when they return home to take on the College at Old Westbury at Baseball Heaven on Thursday, March 24. First pitch is scheduled for 4:30 pm.
