HARRISON, NY -- The baseball team lost both ends of a CUNYAC doubleheader to Baruch College on Tuesday afternoon. John Jay lost game one, 8-1, and then lost game two, 8-1. The Bloodhounds fall to 4-21 (2-4 CUNYAC) on the year, while Baruch improves to 7-6 (6-0 CUNYAC) on the season.

Freshman Ivan Massari plated John Jay's run in game one with an RBI double in the top of the fifth. He reached base safely four times on the day with two hits and two walks. Freshman Anthony Agosta plated the Bloodhounds run in the second game with an RBI single through the left side. Freshman Juan Maldonado had two hits on the day. 

John Jay will return to the field tomorrow and take on the US Merchant Marine Academy in a non-conference game at 5 p.m. in Kings Point, NY.
