FLUSHING, NY - In the fourth week of the CUNY Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) weekly awards, junior Akashdeep Singh was selected as the CUNYAC Men's Volleyball Player of the Week for the week of February 6 - February 12. 

In four matches, Singh recorded 37 kills, nine digs, and three total blocks as the Bloodhounds went 3-1 for the week. In a three-set win over Bryn Athyn, the outside hitter tallied 11 kills and three assists. On the same day against Wilkes, Singh notched a season-high and game-high 16 kills to go along with five digs and two total blocks. 

For the season, the West Hempstead, NY native is averaging eight kills per match.
