Natalie Graham Tabbed CUNYAC Softball Player of the Week; Adrianna Barragan Earns Rookie of the Week Honors

New York, NY - The CUNY Athletic Conference released its weekly softball awards on Monday afternoon. John Jay junior Natalie Graham was tabbed Player of the Week while teammate Adrianna Barragan earned Rookie of the Week distinction.

For Graham, this marks the second time in her career that she has been honored by the league, as she earned CUNYAC Pitcher of the Week honors back nearly a year ago to the date (April 28). It marks the first time in her tenure that she has been named Player of the Week.

Barragan earns her first collegiate honor from the conference with today's announcement.

Baruch's Leilani Jimenez was named Pitcher of the Week, while her teammate Mia Faddah earned honorable mention recognition.

Graham finished this week a perfect 8 of 8 at the plate in a doubleheader sweep of York, finishing with two doubles, a triple, and six RBIs. The Emerson, NJ native slugged 1.500 for the week. She also had two walks and reached safely in 11 of her 12 plate appearances for a .917 on-base percentage.

Barragan allowed three hits and one run in five innings en route to victory in the nightcap against York while striking out four batters. At the plate, she scored four runs and drove in three with a pair of hits in the sweep.

Graham, Barragan, and the rest of the Bloodhounds put a close to the 2026 regular season on Friday afternoon as they will host Hunter at the Bahoshy Softball complex on the campus of Fordham University for Senior Day.
