Kevin Moriarty enters his first season as an Assistant Coach of the John Jay Men's Basketball team.
 
For the Bloodhounds, Moriarty will be heavily involved in the day to day operations of the program. He will oversee the on the court player development of the student athletes as well as hold responsibilities in scouting, film breakdown, administrative duties, practice planning, game preparation, and recruiting.
 
Prior to John Jay, he served as a graduate assistant for the Manhattan College men's basketball team where he was in charge of on-court player development, assisting with scouting reports, and basketball operations. 
 
From 2019-2022, he was a member of the Men's Basketball team at Molloy College (NCAA D2). After graduating with a degree in finance, he started his own basketball training company. He has since worked with hundreds of athletes from all levels including youth, high school, college, and NBA. 
 
Moriarty is a native of Rockaway Beach, NY and attended Xavierian High School.
