Lehman took a one-point lead on their first possession of the second half. The guests followed that up with a 8-0 run to lead 42-33 with 15:50 left in the contest. Three minutes later, lay-ups by seniors Kevin Crosby and Korede Griffith cut the Bloodhound deficit to five. With 7:00 remaining on the clock, the Lightning broke open the game on a 7-0 run to lead by double-digits. Lehman would go on to win as the Bloodhounds were outscored in the second half, 48-31.
