The women's volleyball team shutout the College at Old Westbury, 3-0 (25-10, 25-10, 25-5), on Saturday afternoon at the Doghouse. The Bloodhounds improve to 10-13 on the season. The Panthers fall to 7-17 overall. 

Junior Katrina Zapanta recorded her sixth double-double of the season with a game-high 10 kills, a game-high 21 assists, four digs, and one ace. Sophomore Rachel Eng picked up six kills, a game-high eight service aces, and a game-high 15 digs. Sophomore Savannah Davis registered four kills, four aces, three assists, and 12 digs. Sophomore Kimberly Wright and freshman Nyla Lloyd-Clarke had six and seven kills, respectively. Senior Perla Pozo added 12 digs and senior Latanya Buckham finished with six kills and six digs. 

John Jay totaled 39 kills, 31 assists, 15 service aces, and 49 digs. 

The #4 Bloodhounds host #5 Brooklyn College on Tuesday, November 3, for a CUNYAC Quarterfinals match at the Doghouse at 6:00 pm.
