The men's volleyball team defeated City College (CCNY), 3-0 (25-19, 25-21, 25-17), on Thursday evening on the campus of CCNY. The Bloodhounds improve to 4-3 on the year and 4-2 in the CUNY Athletic Conference. The Beavers drop to 2-8 overall and 0-6 in CUNYAC.

Jack Palleschi finished with eight kills, 11 digs, and two service aces. Senior
Yevgeniy Remennik recorded seven kills, a game-high 14 digs, and a game-high three service aces. Junior
Nicholas Anderson dished out a game-high 26 assists, to go along with three kills and six digs. Freshman
Juan DeJesus picked up eight kills and nine digs. Freshman
Alexander Santana registered six kills and freshman
Gary Wu added three digs and two service aces.
John Jay totaled 33 kills, 29 assists, 45 digs, seven service aces, and two blocks.
The Bloodhounds travel to Brooklyn to face St. Joseph's College Brooklyn on Monday, February 23, at 7 p.m.
