The men's volleyball team swept Lehman College, 3-0 (25-17, 25-22, 25-23), on Wednesday evening at the Doghouse. The Bloodhounds improve to 6-5 overall and 5-3 in the CUNY Athletic Conference. The Lightning drop to 9-5 on the season and 4-4 in the conference.

Jack Palleschi led John Jay with a season-high 21 kills. Senior
Yevgeniy Remennik and junior
Nicholas Anderson recorded double-doubles for the Bloodhounds. Remennik finished with 11 kills, 10 digs, and one service ace. Anderson dished out a game-high 37 assists to go along with 10 digs, three kills, and two service aces. Freshman
Juan DeJesus registered nine kills and 10 digs. Freshman
Alexander Santana added three kills and freshman
Ivan Yeung had three digs.
John Jay totaled 47 kills, 43 assists, 40 digs, and four service aces. Lehman finished with 23 kills, 22 assists, 41 digs, and three service aces.
The Bloodhounds will travel to Brooklyn College on Saturday, March 7, for a CUNYAC Multi-Match. John Jay will face Medgar Evers at 3 p.m., followed by Lehman at 5 p.m.
