The men's volleyball team lost to Lehman College, 3-0 (25-16, 26-24, 25-12) on Wednesday night in the Bronx. The match was counted as non-conference as the Bloodhounds drop to 8-14 on the year. The Lightning improve to 10-9 overall. 

Freshman Steven Alvarado registered a game-high 18 assists and three digs. Freshman Edwin Hernandez led the team in kills with nine and freshman Godwin Sequiera finished with a game-high 13 digs. Junior Juan DeJesus recorded six kills and nine digs. Freshman Jerson Guaman added a team-high two service aces. 

John Jay finished with 22 kills, 21 assists, four service aces, and 36 digs. 

The Bloodhounds travel to the College of Staten Island on Thursday, March 23, for a CUNYAC contest starting at 6:00 pm.
