BRONX, NY -- The men's basketball team dropped a CUNYAC road game to the Lehman College Lighting, 81-71, on Saturday afternoon in the Bronx. John Jay falls to 3-8 (1-1 CUNYAC) on the year while Lehman College improves to 11-1 (5-0 CUNYAC) on the season.

Angel Rivera had a strong game for the Bloodhounds, dropping a team-high 27 points on 12-22 shooting. Sophomore
Garrison Watkins added 15 points and a team-high eight rebounds. Freshman
Jordan Bell and sophomore
Dan Kenny had eight points and seven rebounds, each. Freshman
Frankie Barbato knocked down two threes for six points.
The Bloodhounds return to the court on Monday, January 17 when they will travel to take on CCNY in a CUNYAC matchup. Tip-off is scheduled for 2 p.m. following the completion of the women's game.
