Santiago (2-2) earned her second win of the season, posting her fourth complete game as she allowed four runs (three earned) over six hits while walking three batters and striking out seven.

Ireyshka Lebron collected two hits and two RBIs while scoring twice to lead the Dolphins' offense. Nichole Reyes, Kaitlin Cirillo, Paige Goerman, and Emma Capzucca recorded a hit while Emily Cardenas drove in the other RBI for the visitors.

Charlotte Kelly (0-3) allowed five runs on five hits while walking five and striking out six over her six innings of work.

The Bloodhounds got on the board first in the first inning. Rylea Sandel reached on a fielding error by the second baseman and moved to second on a passed ball.

With one out, Santiago ripped a double on the 1-1 pitch from Kelly with Sandel coming around to score the first run.

In the top of the second, the Dolphins evened the score as Cardenas grounded out back to Santiago as Lebron came into score from third.

John Jay went ahead in the bottom of the second on the RBI grounder from Sanchez, plating Rodrigues.

Mount Saint Vincent again found the tying score in the top of the third. Reyes led off the inning with a single and advanced to second on the throw back into the infield. Cirillo grounded out to Santiago for the first out, but Reyes moved to third and scored on a throwing error by Kayla Sauers at first that knotted the score at 2-2.

The game remained that way until the bottom of the fifth when the Bloodhounds plated across three runs in building a three-run lead, 5-2.

Kelly Fajardo saw eight pitches in drawing the lead-off walk. The next batter, Santiago, pelted a deep drive to right-center as Fajardo scored from first with Santiago right behind her for the inside-the-park roundtripper, her second of the season.

Schoelles followed with a double down the left field line before moving to third on a ground out by Kayla Sauers. With two outs, Rodrigues singled, scoring Schoelles to make it 5-2.

Mount Saint Vincent cut the deficit to one, 5-4, in the top of the sixth. Goerman reached on a first-pitch single. The next batter, Lebron, ripped a deep drive to right center, scoring Goerman as she raced around the bases for the inside-the-park home run, cutting the John Jay lead to one.

In the top of the seventh, Cirillo reached on a 1-0 single but was stranded as Santiago struck out Aailyah DeJesus before Sierra Romero grounded out to short ending the contest.

For the second time on the day, Santiago clubbed her third home run of the season, a second inside-the-parker that tied the score at 2-2.

In the seventh, the Dolphins broke the stalemate, as Reyes delivered a double that scored Caruso, making it 3-2. Two batters later, DeJesus came through with another RBI, a run-scoring single that plated Reyes, doubling up the lead.

The Bloodhounds staged and capitalized on the momentum in their half of the seventh, which led to the walkoff victory.

Iglesias drew a four-pitch walk. Ogden singled, which gave the Bloodhounds a pair of runners with no outs.

Rodrigues was hit by a pitch that loaded the bases. The next batter, Perez, reached on a fielder's choice as Ogden was retired at third but Iglesias came into score, cutting the deficit to one, 4-3.

A walk to Sandel reloaded the bases as Cardenas came on for Duran. The first batter she faced was Fajardo, who singled back up the middle, scoring the tying run in Rodrigues that knotted the game at 4-4.
