Ansley Hobson were swept the CUNYAC Women's Volleyball Player and Rookie of the Week awards, the conference announced on Monday afternoon.
Across 10 sets last week, Cascapera recorded 42 kills (4.2 k/s) and 16 digs (1.6 d/s) while hitting .237 in three matches. She totaled nine kills on .643 hitting in the Bloodhounds' 3-0 win over Maritime Tuesday, then tallied 33 kills in a tri-match against Emmanuel (Mass.) and FDU-Florham, including 18 against Emmanuel.
Hobson recorded 18 kills and 48 assists in three matches last week. She totaled eight kills and 11 assists in John Jay's 3-0 win against Maritime, then posted nine kills and 22 assists in a five-set setback to Emmanuel (Mass.) Friday.
