Men's Cross Country Posts Personal Best At NJIT XC Invitational Open 8K On Saturday

Newark, NJ - Three members of the John Jay men's cross country team competed at the NJIT XC Invitational Open 8K on Saturday at Branch Brook Park.

All three harriers set a new personal best in the 8K, led by Tony Echeverria, who clocked in with a time of 32:10.0. Luke Morton was next in 39:01.0, followed by Robinson Correa at 50:36.7.

The Bloodhounds will have two weeks to prepare for the 2025 CUNYAC Women's Cross Country Championship, which is scheduled to take place on Sunday, October 26 at 10:30 a.m. from Van Cortlandt Park.
