Anthony Tripi competed on the baseball team for four seasons from 1985-88. The outfielder finished with a .372 average with 174 hits, 119 runs, 35 doubles, 26 homers, 158 runs batted in, 52 walks, and 28 stolen bases. In his senior campaign, he hit .389 with 49 hits, a career-high 10 homers, and 51 RBIs to help the program bring home a CUNYAC Championship. He led the team in hits, doubles, home runs, RBIs, and total bases. He still holds the program's all-time record with 26 home runs.
