Danielle Bonici competed on the softball team from 2007-10. In her four seasons, she amassed a .404 average with 137 hits, 93 runs, 19 doubles, six homers, and 101 runs batted in. The infielder was a four-time CUNYAC all-star. Bonici is currently in the top-30 in conference history in hits, triples, and RBIs. Off the field, she organized Lupus Research Walks and hosted the program's first Lupus Awareness Day. The Staten Island native also created the 'The Richard Gardner, Jr. Memorial Toy Drive' which is held in memory of a fallen police officer who was accidently killed in 1995.
