The women's swimming team fell to Baruch College, 55-36, on Wednesday evening at the John Jay Pool. The Bloodhounds drop to 0-5 overall and 0-4 in CUNYAC. The Bearcats improve to 4-3 overall and 3-0 in the conference.

In the first event of the evening, the 200-yard medley relay, the tandem of sophomore Mavis Ma, and juniors Diana Rodriguez, Bokey Wong, and Christina Parthenis, took home first place in a time of 2:20.10. John Jay's lone individual first place finish was in the 100-yard breaststroke when Wong finished in 1:22.62. 

The Bloodhounds travel to York College on Monday, January 9, 2017 for a conference meet at 6:00 pm.
